Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a clinical diagnosis of HFA; 2. Underwent their first soft-tissue augmentation surgery (fat grafting or an anterolateral thigh [ALT] free flap) between 2020 and 2023; 3. Standardized 2D photographs available at baseline (preoperatively) and at the first postoperative follow-up (>6 months); 4. A subset of patients had pre- and/or postoperative 3D scan data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior facial soft-tissue augmentation surgery; 2. Concomitant facial procedures at the index operation other than fat grafting or free-flapreconstruction; 3. Incomplete medical records or insufficient follow-up (<6 months); 4. Receipt of additional augmentation or revision surgery before the follow-up time point used for outcome assessment.
