Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized patients admitted to the Department of Geriatrics, Beijing Hospital, between August 2019 and November 2025; 2.Aged 65 years or older; 3.Underwent chest or abdominal CT examination during hospitalization, with image quality adequate for muscle parameter measurement; 4.Complete clinical data available, including age, sex, body mass index (BMI), and underlying diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor CT image quality that does not allow accurate measurement of muscle parameters; 2.Incomplete clinical data or missing imaging data.
