Experimental group(hybrid ESD):Hybrid ESD performed with the snare tip
Control group(conventional ESD):Standard ESD treatment performed with a conventional ESD knife.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >=18 years with non-pedunculated colorectal lesions of 20–40 mm detected by colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suspected deep submucosal invasive lesions; (2) Lesions with a negative lifting sign after submucosal injection; (3) Coagulation disorders; (4) Patients who have taken antithrombotic drugs within the past week; (5) Inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis; (6) Familial polyposis syndrome; (7) Refusal to sign informed consent.
