Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1: 1. Age between 18 and 60 years old; 2. Possessing a doctor/nurse professional qualification certificate; 3. Clinical working experience of at least 3 years; Phase 3: 1. Independently decide to participate in this research project; 2. No heart or vascular-related diseases; 3. No diseases that are incompatible with skill training; 4. Obstetric and pediatric medical staff who need to receive neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase 1: 1. Doctors and nurses who are not from the hospital where the training is taking place, including interns, trainees, and residents. Phase 3: 1. Trainees who are unable to undergo training and assessment due to injuries. 2. Those who withdraw halfway.
