18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years old and = 8 mmHg after adequate resuscitation, requiring norepinephrine (>= 0.02 µg/kg/min) to maintain mean arterial pressure (MAP) >= 65 mmHg, and blood lactate > 2 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients complicated with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 3. Patients with restricted treatment efforts; 4. Patients with a history of sepsis or septic shock within the previous 3 months; 5. Patients complicated with malignant tumors; 6. Patients complicated with severe liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh Class C).
