Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 - 70 years old; 2.ASA classification grades I - III; 3.Patients who need to undergo thoracoscopic surgery; 4.Voluntarily participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to clearly describe their pain; 2.Patients who have recently used sedatives or anesthetic drugs; 3.There are patients with severe functional impairments of organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys; 4.Other cases that are not suitable for participation in this study; 5.Any disease that makes it difficult for the patient to cooperate; 6.Those who are allergic to the relevant anesthetic drugs; 7.Those with contraindications to paravertebral puncture; 8.Patients with G6PD deficiency.
