Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed with cervical spondylosis; 2. patients who have undergone their first cervical spondylosis surgery, with an age of 18 years or older; 3.Those who are aware of the condition; 4.Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Including other spinal disorders, such as severe cervical spinal stenosis, spinal infections, spinal tuberculosis, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal fractures, etc; 2.There is a history of surgery on the neck and cervical vertebrae in the past; 3.Those with other serious physical diseases combined; 4.Those who are unable to exercise due to various other reasons 5.Those who are unconscious, unable to communicate normally in language or have mental disorders.
