18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status classification I-III; 3. Scheduled for elective painless gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy; 4. Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to the investigational drug; 2. Predicted difficult airway; 3. History of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 4. Severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease; 5. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 6. Chronic use of sedatives or analgesics; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m² or <18 kg/m².
