Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed and dated informed consent form. 2.Commitment to comply with the study procedures and cooperate throughout the entire research process. 3.Specified gender or age = 18 years. 4.Patients with end-stage knee osteoarthritis and ankle osteoarthritis scheduled for joint replacement. 5.Patients with amputation indications due to severe trauma or other causes, planned for below-knee or above-knee amputation. 6.Patients with ankle fractures accompanied by irreducible compressed fracture fragments, scheduled for open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF). 7.No obvious surgical contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unable to cooperate with the surgery; 2.Patients with surgical contraindications; 3.Individuals unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
