Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients present with lower respiratory tract symptoms such as cough, expectoration, and/or fever, chest tightness, shortness of breath, bloody sputum, and dry or wet rales can be heard in the lungs, which are consistent with the symptoms of respiratory tract infection; 2.The clinical data are complete without any missing information; 3.Pulmonary imaging suggests suspected infection; 4.Age >= 18 years old; 5.Only one record is kept for multiple positive specimens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete in-hospital case data; 2.Pregnant and lactating women; 3.Age < 18 years old.
