Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I Inclusion Criteria: 1.Capable of comprehending the questionnaire content and providing accurate responses; 2. Voluntary participation in this survey with signed informed consent. Part II Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. First-time Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication therapy; 3. Capable of comprehending the questionnaire content and providing accurate responses; 4. Agreement to complete the eradication therapy regimen, willingness to comply with outpatient and telephone follow-up, and provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I Exclusion Criteria: 1.History of proton pump inhibitor (PPI), H2-receptor antagonist, or bismuth salt administration within 2 weeks prior to enrollment; 2.History of antibiotic use or traditional Chinese medicine with antibacterial properties within 1 month prior to enrollment; 3.Prior total or partial gastrectomy; 4.Edentulism. Part II Exclusion Criteria: 1.History of penicillin allergy, or hypersensitivity to clarithromycin, ilaprazole, or colloidal bismuth subcitrate; 2.Prior total or partial gastrectomy; 3.Dental prophylaxis received within 6 months; 4.Edentulism.
