Intervention group:Health education for senile comorbidity and demoralization syndrome based on PERMA theory was implemented for 8 weeks, once a week.
Control group:Routine demoralization syndrome health education was implemented

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged 60 years or older who have been diagnosed with two or more chronic diseases in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) [72], and have had these conditions for one year or more. 2. Residing in a nursing institution for three months or more; 3. Clear consciousness, with a certain level of communication ability, able to cooperate in completing all assessments; 4. Fully informed about the relevant details of this project and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have taken any medication affecting cognitive function (including psychiatric drugs and other medications) within 30 days prior to the survey; 2. Patients who have participated in other similar studies within one year; 3. Individuals with severe physical illnesses or mental disorders.
