Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40–80 years (inclusive), with a disease course of 15 days to 6 months, regardless of gender; 2. Met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, with the disease limited to the ophthalmic division (V1) of the trigeminal nerve, and a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score >= 4; 3. Poor pain control with oral analgesics; 4. Patients with basic self-care ability, able to provide accurate and valid information, and with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial space-occupying lesions or other diseases that may aggravate pain; 2. Patients with severe infection; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with coagulation disorders, uncontrolled blood glucose or blood pressure, severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal or hematopoietic diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, mental disorders, or hematological diseases; 5. Patients with scar constitution or hypersensitivity constitution; 6. Patients unable to tolerate the surgical position or cooperate with the operation and treatment.
