12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12 to 18 years. 2. Good adherence to the study protocol. 3. Voluntary participation of both the adolescents and their parents, with signed written informed consent. 4. Relatively stable residence with no plans to relocate during the follow-up period. 5. No history of serious psychiatric illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving other structured or systematic psychological treatment. 2. Adolescents or their parents have limited cognitive capacity or are unable to cooperate with study assessments.
