Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant through in vitro fertilization / intracytoplasmic sperm injection and frozen-thawed embryo transfer, and single live birth of a fetus through natural conception at the same time; 2. The mothers' age was all = 37 weeks; 4. The mother's body mass index was 18.5 - 25 kg/m^2; 5. The birth weight was 2500 - 4000 g; 6. The age of the offspring was 4 - 48 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Couples with severe complications before or during pregnancy; 2. The baby with intrauterine distress or neonatal asphyxia; 3. The child had birth defects or major diseases after birth; 4. Couples with history of smoking and alcohol abuse before or during pregnancy; 5. Genetic abnormalities in the offspring and the parents; 6. The mother had polycystic ovary syndrome.
