Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years old; 2.Signed informed consent form; 3.No infection in other organs or sites;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics within the past three months; 2.History of intestinal surgery; 3.History of cancer within the past five years; 4.Patients with IBD for less than three months or more than three years;
