A. Brain-Computer Interface Assisted Rehabilitation Group:Brain-Computer Interface Assisted Rehabilitation
B. Traditional Rehabilitation Group:Receive the conventional postoperative rehabilitation training for rotator cuff injuries.

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 40 - 70 years old. Gender not restricted. 2. Diagnosed with rotator cuff injury through imaging (ultrasound/MRI), with intraoperative diagnosis of full-thickness tear. The tear size was medium 1-3 cm and large 3-5 cm (refer to DeOrio and Cofield classification), and arthroscopic double-row pin fixation for rotator cuff repair was performed. 3. In the early postoperative stage (0-6 weeks), with good wound healing and no complications such as infection. 4. The patient voluntarily participated in this study with full understanding and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other shoulder-related diseases, such as shoulder joint fractures, dislocations, nerve injuries, or other diseases that severely affect the function of the shoulder joint.3. Have severe systemic diseases such as heart and lung dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc. 2. Have severe cognitive impairments or mental illnesses, and are unable to cooperate with rehabilitation training. 3. Have severe systemic diseases such as heart and lung dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc. 4. Have an allergic reaction or intolerance to virtual reality devices.
