18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years with ASA grade I-III; 2. Scheduled for elective single-level or two-level posterior lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF. ; 3. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe coagulation disorders or infection at the puncture site; 2. Known allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases or mental disorders such as depression and anxiety; 4. Previous neck surgery or anatomical abnormalities affecting SGB; 5. Long-term preoperative use of opioids or chronic pain syndrome; 6. Cognitive dysfunction leading to inability to cooperate with assessment; 7. Preoperative presence of Horner's syndrome or vocal cord paralysis.
