Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The skull X-ray shows diffuse sclerosis, with osteosclerosis often involving the spine, pelvis, or long bones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with increased bone density presenting in early childhood exhibit systemic symptoms including developmental delay, severe anemia, and hepatosplenomegaly or lymphadenopathy and so on.
