Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective hip arthroplasty at our hospital between January 2023 and December 2024; Patients aged >=65 years .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing chronic kidney disease or severe comorbidities of the heart, lungs, liver, or brain. 2. Missing crucial data on pre-operative hemoglobin or post-operative creatinine levels. 3. Underwent bilateral hip arthroplasty or revision hip surgery. 4. Experienced major perioperative bleeding or required ongoing blood transfusion beyond 24 hours postoperatively.
