Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a first-time stroke meeting the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or intracerebral hemorrhage as outlined in the Chinese Medical Association's Neurology Branch Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019). 2.PHQ-9 score of 5 or higher; 3.Age 18 or older; 4.The patient's condition is stable and able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire. 5.Informed consent, and signing the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with post-stroke aphasia; 2.Individuals with comorbid mental disorders other than depression; 3.Individuals with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or malignant tumors;
