Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient underwent kidney transplant surgery from January 2015 to June 2025. 2.Age >= 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multisystem combined transplantation; 2.There were already severe and irreversible digestive system diseases before the transplantation surgery. 3.Significant deficiencies in key diagnostic or outcome indicators (such as medication records, diagnoses at admission and discharge, and complications);
