Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH); 2.Complete anterior-posterior, frog-leg lateral X-ray, CT, and MRI imaging data available at the time of initial consultation; 3.The femoral head was classified as stage C1 or C2 according to the JIC staging system; 4.Follow-up duration of more than 1 year;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other diseases affecting the hip joint (e.g., hip dysplasia or rheumatoid arthritis); 2.Patients who have undergone hip joint preservation surgery prior to the study;
