Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children must meet all the following criteria: (1) age = 48 consecutive hours during hospitalization between January 1, 2015 and June 30, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical data were seriously missing, and effective efficacy or safety evaluation could not be performed; 2.(2) When ceftazidime tazobactam was administered, the primary purpose of treatment was palliative care.
