Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A mechanically ventilated patient in a state of sedation and analgesia without spontaneous breathing; 2.Oxygenation index<300mmHg; 3.Clinical judgment requires PEEP titration;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Under 18 years old; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Factors affecting EIT monitoring: chest trauma, severe chest deformities, BMI>35kg/m2,; 4.Not signing the informed consent form; 5.Hemodynamic instability and inability to tolerate high PEEP; 6.Individuals with high-risk conditions such as pneumothorax and mediastinal emphysema; 7.Pregnant or breastfeeding women
