Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Meets the 2023 Lancet Neurology published international imaging standards for CSVD (STRIVE2); 3.Able to cooperate in completing cognitive function assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who cannot obtain complete clinical data; 2.White matter lesions due to inflammatory demyelinating diseases, metabolic brain disorders, infectious brain diseases, etc.; 3.Abnormal intracranial changes, such as intracranial mass lesions, infections, trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, large infarctions, etc.; 4.Patients who have contraindications for MRI or cannot cooperate with the examination, resulting in unclear imaging data.
