Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. ASA Class I-III; 3. Patients scheduled to undergo gastrointestinal tumor surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to undergo 6MWT; 2. Presence of neurological/muscular/joint disease preventing independent completion of the walk throughout; 3. Patients with severe cardiac disease; 4. Emergency surgery patients; 5. Inability to cooperate with the study, such as language comprehension disorders, mental illness, etc.; 6. Refusal to sign the informed consent form for the study.
