Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with post-stroke recovery met the relevant diagnostic criteria set by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association and were confirmed by MRI and CT; 2. Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 3. Upper limb Brunnstrom stage > II; 4. No cognitive impairment; 5. Signed the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with transient cerebral ischemia; 2.patients with recurrent cerebral infarction; 3.patients with upper limb bone and joint diseases; 4.patients with recurrent illness; 5.patients with major internal organs diseases such as heart, liver, and lungs; 6.patients with endocrine system diseases; 7.characteristic groups (pregnant and lactating women, patients with mental disorders and neurological diseases).
