Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Provide informed consent and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. The subjects must be willing and able to follow the research procedures; 3. Healthy adult volunteers, aged between 18 and 45 years old; 4. COHb (carbon monoxide hemoglobin) = 10g/dL; 5. Before the test, the modified Allen test method was negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Long-term smokers and subjects long-term exposure to high carbon monoxide; 2.Skin infection at the arterial puncture site; 3.Those who have recently had respiratory infections; 4.Those with nail polish on their finger clips; 5.Those with chronic heart and lung disease; 6.Those with positive results by bilateral Allen's test; 7.The investigators believe that they are too obese or other reasonable causes excluding subjects participating in this clinical trial by the assessment of the subject.
