Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain injury who were previously admitted to our institution and have completed two PET/MR examinations; 2. Diagnosed with traumatic brain injury or hemorrhagic stroke; 3. Age range: 18–80 years; 4. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 3–8 on the day of onset; 5. The first PET/MR examination was performed 10–28 days post-onset; 6. The second PET/MR examination was performed approximately 3 months post-onset; 7. Follow-up of more than six months was completed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Death occurred during the follow-up period; 2. Declined to participate in the study; 3. History of malignant neoplasm; 4. History of prior neuropsychiatric disorders; 5. PET/MR imaging data was deemed non-qualified;
