60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years, undergoing a unilateral primary TKA surgery; 2. The patient or their primary caregiver is able to use a smartphone/WeChat mini program, has basic reading and communication skills, and can cooperate to complete operations related to the remote rehabilitation platform; 3. The patient or caregiver provides informed consent and signs the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness who cannot cooperate with the intervention; 2. Those with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, or other neurological diseases affecting limb movement (such as hemiplegia or Parkinson's disease); 3. Those whose postoperative incision heals poorly or who develop deep infections requiring rehospitalization; 4. Individuals currently participating in other related rehabilitation intervention studies.
