Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery (such as myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy); 2. Apfel score = 2 points (medium to high risk); 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. ASA?~? grade; 5. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin damage or allergy at the PC6 acupoint; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with a history of central nervous system diseases, mental illnesses, or language communication disorders.
