50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 50 years and =3 in LOCSIII classification; 4.Scheduled for cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation; 5.Pupil size >=6mm after dilation; 6.Corneal endothelial cell count >=1500 cells/mm^2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of severe systemic disease (e.g., severe hypertension or Alzheimer's disease); 2.History of ocular trauma or surgery; 3.Presence of other ocular diseases (such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, or high myopia); 4.Other ocular factors that may complicate the surgery (such as small pupil, shallow anterior chamber);
