65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly people aged 65 years and above in the nursing home (living for more than 3 months); 2.Voluntary participation in this study and signing an informed consent form; 3. Presence of mild sleep disturbance; 4. Normal hearing and ability to move freely.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have hearing or vision impairments that prevent them from cooperating with high-resolution music audition or cognitive testing; 2.Have severe cognitive impairment or have been diagnosed with a brain disease that affects cognitive function.
