Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the Department of Dermatology of this hospital in 2025 who were diagnosed with keratoacanthoma associated with Helicobacter infection; 2. Complete clinical data, including general information, chief complaint, history of present illness, past medical history, physical examination, laboratory tests, pathological examination, diagnosis and treatment process, and follow-up records, etc.; 3. The patient's lesions were confirmed by bacterial culture as a single Helicobacter infection, and pathological examination was consistent with the characteristics of keratoacanthoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined infections of other bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms; 2. Patients with severe immunodeficiency diseases such as diabetes, AIDS, and tuberculosis; 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data, making it impossible to complete a systematic analysis; 4. Patients who have undergone targeted interventions for keratoacanthoma, such as surgery or laser treatment.
