Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First episode, suspected AOSD at admission, and AOSD diagnosis cannot be immediately ruled out; 2.Age >=18 years, any gender; 3.Good compliance, ability to complete follow-up plans in our center, and willingness to comply with study procedures; 4.Willingness to sign a written informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Definite diagnosis established before admission; 2.Glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants initiated before admission; 3.Duration of continuous fever before glucocorticoid treatment <1 week after admission; 4.Patients with acquired immunodeficiency; 5.Pregnant women;
