18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with diabetes based on any of the following criteria: a. Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) = 6.5% b. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) = 7.0 mmol/L c. 2-hour plasma glucose = 11.1 mmol/L during an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) d. Random plasma glucose = 11.1 mmol/L with classic hyperglycemic symptoms (e.g., polyuria, polydipsia, weight loss) e. Documented diagnosis of diabetes in medical records f. Current use of glucose-lowering medications (2) Age = 18 years; (3) Complete data on key covariates, including cholesterol levels, HbA1c, lipid-lowering therapy, and body mass index (BMI).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age < 18 years; (2) Incomplete clinical data; (3) Patients with acute complications.
