Interventions
Observation Group:Basic treatment (health education, low-salt, low-fat, low-protein diabetic diet) + Yizhi Ren - Crotalaria (Yizhi Ren 10g, Crotalaria 10g, 20g/day, decoction twice daily for 8 weeks)
Control Group:Basic treatment (health education, low-salt, low-fat, low-protein diabetic diet) + Canagliflozin tablets (100mg, once daily, oral administration before breakfast for 8 weeks)
Normal Group:None (healthy individuals undergoing routine physical examination, only baseline and post-8-week treatment inflammatory markers detected)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with DKD who visited the outpatient department of Traditional Chinese Medicine or were hospitalized in our hospital voluntarily enrolled and cooperated with this study, and signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years old or over 80 years old; 2. Combined with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver and lungs; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Combined with severe coagulation dysfunction; 5. People with allergic constitutions; 6. eGFR < 45 mL/min/1.73 m^2; 7. Accompanied by severe mental and psychological disorders; 8. Has been enrolled in other clinical studies; 9. Allergic to capagliflozin, Indocarpus or crocodile's mouth flower; 10. Use insulin.
