Group B:Ultrasound-guided positioning followed by standard positioning.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Receiving mechanical ventilation (MV); 3. BMI < 30 kg/m²; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a risk of diaphragmatic nerve injury or dysfunction (such as those with a history of neck surgery, neuromuscular diseases, severe COPD, etc.) ; 2. Patients with implanted cardiac pacemakers, severe arrhythmias, or cardiac dysfunction (NYHA classification III-IV) ; 3. BMI > 30 kg/m² ; 4. Pregnant or lactating women ; 5. Patients with multiple organ failure ; 6. Pneumothorax ; 7. Active tuberculosis patients.
