Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: Gestational Diabetes Group (1) Both parents are of the Chinese population; (2) Singleton pregnancy; (3) Fetal nuchal translucency examination (NT examination) shows that the crown-rump length is consistent with the gestational age; (4) The glucose tolerance test during pregnancy conforms to the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes: a 75g glucose tolerance test is conducted at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy, and any of the following conditions is met for a diagnosis: fasting blood glucose >= 5.1 mmol/L, 1-hour blood glucose >= 10.0 mmol/L, 2-hour blood glucose >= 8.5 mmol/L; (5) No history of diabetes before pregnancy; (6) Voluntary to sign the informed consent form. 2. Control group: Non-gestational Diabetes Group (1) Both parents are of the Chinese population; (2) Singleton pregnancy; (3) Fetal nuchal translucency examination (NT examination) shows that the crown-rump length is consistent with the gestational age; (4) Normal blood glucose during pregnancy; (5) Voluntary to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Common exclusion criteria for both the case group and the control group: 1. Fetal structural abnormalities; 2. Abnormal genetic results; 3. Pregnant women having high-risk factors that affect fetal nervous system development, such as hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, etc.; 4. Intrauterine infection; 5. Those who cannot cooperate to complete prenatal ultrasound examinations; 6. Those with poor ultrasound image quality. Independent exclusion criteria for the control group: Postnatal follow-up, the birth weight of the newborn is less than 2.5 kg, and the 5-minute Apgar score of the newborn is <= 7 points.
