Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, any gender. 2. Have completed or are scheduled to undergo research-compliant abdominal CT examination related to the pancreas (including non-contrast and/or contrast-enhanced scans). 3. Seeking medical care for suspected or confirmed pancreatic diseases (e.g., pancreatitis, pancreatic tumors, pancreatic cystic lesions, etc.), or belong to a high-risk screening population for pancreatic cancer. 4. Have traceable complete clinical records, laboratory test results, and follow-up data. 5. If participating in specific task studies (e.g., resectability assessment of pancreatic cancer), must be patients with confirmed or highly suspected pancreatic cancer who are planned to undergo surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe artifacts, motion blur, or incomplete scanning range on CT images that affect pancreatic assessment. 2. Prior partial or total pancreatectomy. 3. Concurrent abdominal diseases that interfere with pancreatic observation, such as extensive peritoneal metastases, massive ascites, or severe bowel gas interference. 4. Pregnancy or lactation. 5. Inability to comply with the study procedures due to mental disorders, cognitive impairment, or other reasons. 6. Currently participating in another clinical trial that may interfere with this study. 7. Contraindications to contrast-enhanced CT, including allergy to iodinated contrast media or uncontrolled hyperthyroidism.
