Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Definitive diagnosis of hip fracture confirmed by imaging examination (X-ray or CT), meeting the relevant diagnostic criteria for hip fracture; 2. Undergo surgical treatment for hip fracture (including hip arthroplasty, hip-preserving surgery, or internal fixation); 3. Age >= 60 years; 4. The patient or their legally authorized guardian provides informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other serious comorbidities (e.g., cardiac or respiratory failure, malignant tumors, etc.); 2. Are assessed to have intellectual disabilities, cognitive impairments, verbal or written communication difficulties that preclude completion of the study; 3. Are transferred directly to the ICU after surgery.
