Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Availability of complete clinical baseline data (e.g., demographic information such as age and sex, blood pressure, blood lipid profile, and other laboratory test results); 2.Availability of complete cardiovascular health behavior assessment data (e.g., smoking, physical activity, diet, sleep, and psychological status); 3.Availability of complete optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging data; 4.Age =18 years, including males or non-pregnant, non-lactating females; 5.At least one clinical follow-up of =6 months completed, with voluntary signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe comorbid systemic diseases, such as advanced malignancies, severe hepatic or renal failure, severe pulmonary diseases (e.g., end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure), or active autoimmune diseases; 2.Missing key variables (e.g., blood lipid profile, follow-up outcomes); 3.OCT images with artifacts that interfere with plaque characterization;
