Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized HBsAg-positive parturients and their neonates across counties and districts of Jilin Province in 2022 were enrolled as study subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. multiparous status with HBV infection; 2. twin or multiple gestations; 3. clinically evident liver function impairment; 4. poor adherence to management; 5. concurrent HCV, HEV, or HIV co-infections.
