Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of primary gastric cancer and currently undergoing postoperative chemotherapy; 3. Intact cognitive function and ability to communicate effectively; 4. Provided informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbid diseases of other major organs (e.g., heart, lung, kidney) or with other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with a history of or current psychiatric disorders or consciousness impairment; 3. Patients whose condition is too severe to complete the survey; 4. Patients who are unaware of their own diagnosis; 5. Patients with prior or ongoing participation in similar interventions.
