Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with carotid artery plaques who underwent spectral CTA examination; 2. Age greater than 40 years; 3. Good image quality with comprehensive spectral data, suitable for subsequent quantitative analysis; 4. Availability of relatively complete clinical data (e.g., blood lipids, blood glucose, homocysteine, etc.); 5.Able to understand the purpose of the study, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of carotid endarterectomy or stent implantation; 2. Internal carotid artery occlusion; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Systemic inflammatory diseases.
