Control group:The control group received standard care, comprising routine treatment and guidance.
Intervention group:In addition to routine care (including standard treatment and guidance), the intervention group additionally implemented a precision intervention strategy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for NMOSD;2. Aged 18 years or over; 3. Possesses basic smartphone skills, agrees to participate in the study and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a serious medical condition or other comorbidities that prevent them from participating; 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
