Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Part One: This retrospective analysis included patients diagnosed with peripheral lymphedema who underwent lymphatic ultrasound examination in our hospital from June 1, 2024, to February 2025. 2.Part Two: The prospective study will include patients diagnosed with peripheral lymphedema in our hospital from March 2025 to December 2027, who are scheduled to undergo surgery within one week, are in generally good condition, and are able to cooperate with the ultrasound examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective analysis excludes patients who did not undergo LVA surgery after ultrasound examination; 2.Prospective analysis excludes pregnant or lactating women, individuals allergic to iodine-based agents or ultrasound contrast agents, those with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with the examination, and patients lost to follow-up.
