Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 years or older (both males and females eligible). 2. Willing to participate in this study and able to provide signed informed consent. 3. Possess basic communication and comprehension skills to complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with indications of other major neuropsychiatric disorders, as suggested by the Hamilton Depression/Anxiety Scale, Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI), or current medical history. 2. History of severe neurological disorders (e.g., central nervous system infection, head trauma) or other serious physical illnesses that preclude cooperation with the survey. 3. Violation of study rules, poor compliance, or refusal to participate in this project.
