Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 80 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed prostate cancer and scheduled to undergo radical prostatectomy; 3. Clinical stage T1c-T2cN0M0; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification Grade I-III; 5. Voluntary participation in this study and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of pelvic radiotherapy or prostate surgery; 2.Preoperative urinary incontinence or routine use of pads; 3.Severe neurogenic bladder dysfunction; 4.Untreated urethral stricture or bladder neck contracture; 5.Severe mental illness that may interfere with follow-up compliance; 6.History of allergy to sutures or absorbable materials used in this study.
